Fantin’s Frame Kitchen collection was presented during the last edition of the Milan Furniture Fair to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Italian company. The Frame Kitchen is a Salvatore Indriolo design that in addition to kitchen furniture includes cabinets, dressers, tables and other accessories.
The kitchen line adapts to the needs of the user with a minimal design , as shown by its slender lines and the solidity of the various modules of the range. The legs in the air make it easily adjustable in height and give the character of lounge furniture or dresser (rather than kitchen). In addition, its extensive palette with up to 40 different colors make it very versatile.
Its design and functionality has made it not long before the awards and international recognitions have arrived.
On the one hand, Archiproducts, the furniture platform that brings together the best brands in the sector has included it among the winners of the Archiproducts Design Awards and on the other hand, Airbnb has selected this kitchen furniture for its project “Italian Villages”.
The Archiproducts Design Awards aim to recognize, reward and celebrate excellence in design in a wide range of categories at an international level. Although it is its third edition, the awards are already recognized worldwide and an international jury, made up of 40 of the most influential design studios around the world, chose among the winners Fantin’s innovative cuisine.
On the other hand, Airbnb, the most famous tourist accommodation platform in the world, has chosen a Frame kitchen as part of the “Year of Peoples” initiative. With this initiative Airbnb aims to support and revitalize rural areas and small villages , by promoting high quality tourism and cultural programs.
As part of this project, the company has remodeled a series of rural homes in three small Italian towns . Among them is an apartment designed by Eligo Studio in Sambuca di Sicilia , (named the most beautiful village in Italy in 2016). Inside, Airbnb opted for an Anthracite Frame kitchen with a stainless steel lid and a Barazza induction hob.
The result; so nice
