If as a child you were one of those who tried to make your own pinball with a board full of nails, rubber bands and clothespins, then you will like this curious project in Kickstarter that proposes to set up our game with personalized pieces.
It is a kit called Makerball DIY Pinball Machine made mainly of wood and that comes with all the necessary pre-cut pieces to build a basic pinball in less than 60 minutes.
The kit consists of two different parts. On the one hand the initial structure of wood, which as we see is very basic and does not offer decorative displays, everything has to be said. It comes with a series of basic wooden obstacles, magnets, copper pieces, rubber bands, balls and the perforated board.
The second part of the game are the electronic elements, which do not come with the basic initial kit but are the most interesting part of the invention, since they allow us, after wiring the board, to install actuators, actuators, lights, etc. using a micro-controller and the smartphone as a screen with which to take the score.
In addition to these elements, it offers the possibility for each user to customize the pinball at will including their own obstacles and their own theme , painting the board and adding the decoration they want.
